In the 30-days to Better Health program, I will teach you how to implement practices that will help you get back in control of your health.  The right kind of practices that do not change with fads and trends.

The program covers some of the major areas covered in my private, 1:1 coaching programs that you can start implementing right away.

The 30-day program is flexible enough to fit into your schedule.

Over four weeks we will cover:

  • The importance of what you’re putting in and on your body, and how to make it matter when it comes to weight loss/management and overall health.
  • How to use diet and exercise to maximize your body’s ability to detoxify gently and daily, in a way that’s sustainable and enjoyable.
  • Not just where to find the substances you’re using that are contributing to weight gain, joint pain, headaches, hot flashes, cravings and fatigue; but how to eliminate them or replace them.
  • Why it’s not just physical; that diet and exercise are just part of the bigger picture and how our everyday activities like work, family, social connections and money contribute to your physical state of health.


The 30-day program will start with an introduction and overview of week 1 material.  I will provide you with the information and materials you need to transform your diet without overhauling it overnight, including shopping guides, menu planner, recipes and more.

Each week a new module will open with a video where I will present the topic for the week.  You will also receive e-guides for deeper dives and materials to assist you in implementing the information.

In between modules you will have access to a private Facebook group where you can post additional questions and get support from me and the group, your partners in accountability and progress. You will always have somewhere to go for assistance.
