Let me first tell you that your body is the most amazing, complex piece of machinery on the planet. It has innate abilities to heal itself, by itself. However, the Western (or American) lifestyle and the tens of thousands of chemicals in our environment have impaired your body’s ability to function and heal the way it is intended. Instead of self-healing, your body is constantly in self-defense mode.
Why does this matter? I’m guessing you would not be willing to gamble away your life savings. But you may be doing that everyday with your health. And unlike money, you can only gamble your health away once. The good news is that you can start earning back your health before being dealt the last hand.
In a world that offers so many options, you have the ability to choose better for yourself and your family.

Perhaps that same multitude of options is overwhelming, and simply knowing which of the many “solutions” to choose leaves you paralyzed just analyzing them and determining which one is right for you?

After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2013, I set out to learn as much as I could about cancer, health and what I could do to heal myself and achieve wellness. I was too overwhelmed by the amount of information. At times I felt hopeless and helpless in my goal to regain my health. Or, more appropriately, increase my health. You see, before my diagnosis I thought I was healthy. I thought I was doing great with diet and exercise. But compared to what? I quickly learned there was so much more I could be doing. And just how much was nearly paralyzing. Over the next three years my family engaged in lifestyle changes that have brought us better health, greater happiness, and a sense of well-being that we have never before experienced. My husband experienced monumental changes to a severe case of psoriasis he had been battling unsuccessfully for over 20 years.
Along the way I have met many people, including cancer patients, who have asked me to show them how we got here. Helping them has provided me with a sense of hopefulness and helpfulness that I would like to share with you.

The Whole Health Coaching Program goes beyond diet and exercise. It is not a cleanse program that leaves you feeling great for a while until you end up back where you started. The program is aimed at creating change that will last a long, healthy lifetime. Change that took us years to learn and then adopt. The whole health goal is to develop a new, healthier mindset through a program that provides you with 1:1 coaching throughout. Change that gives you the tools to make your own decisions around wellness every day. Change that affects your whole health and not just one aspect.
As a client, you will have the opportunity to work with me to implement strategies for creating the life you want.
This is not about fad diets, or short-term cleanses. Together we will take the time to understand where you are, where you want to be, and how YOU want to get there.
