Imagine me doing this pose right now in celebration of you.  I’m imagining too, because I can’t do this pose.  Maybe one day, but not today.  I, like you, am on a life-long journey to wellness.  Every day presents its challenges, but how we choose to face them, or face up to them is how we determine our success.  So stay with it, keep going, and remember I’m here to support you.
