Ingredients
Crust
  • 1 9 oz. Cappello’s Naked Crust Pizza
Sauce
  • 6oz. Organic Strained TomatoesWe used bionaturae Organic Strained Tomatoes (only ingredient is organic strained tomatoes if you can’t find bionaturae)
  • 1/8Tsp. Fennel Seed
  • 1/4Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1Tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • Pinch Sea Salt
  • Pinch Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Topping
  • 4 Cremini MushroomsSliced thin
  • 1/4C. Kalamata OlivesChopped
  • 1/2 Roasted Red PepperSliced or chopped, your choice
  • 3oz. Miyoko’s Fresh Vegan MozzSliced thin
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine all sauce ingredients and spread evenly over frozen crust.
  3. Spread mushrooms on top.
  4. Spread peppers on top
  5. Spread olives on top.
  6. Place sliced Mozz over top.
  7. Bake for 18-25 minutes, until bottom of crust is deep golden brown.
Recipe Notes

Don’t be surprised if you really love the taste of the cheese over cow-based mozzarella.  The Mozz is very creamy tasting and really makes the pizza.  You can, however, use whatever cheese you like.  When using dairy cheese, I opt for goat as a healthier alternative.  Goat cheese goes great with these toppings.
