Paleo Crust Pizza
Pizza!! Don’t we just love it? But it can be soooo bad for our health. If you like to eat pizza, but don’t want the guilt or the gastro issues afterwards, try building your own. There are so many healthy crust options out there these days. We made a cauliflower crust recently and it was one of the best alternatives I’ve ever had. This recipe is low maintenance, using a store-bought crust.
The crust is dairy free, gluten free, grain free and delicious.
Do not thaw crust. Top frozen. Do not overload as crust is thin.
All ingredients are organic in all WHG Creations recipes.

- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine all sauce ingredients and spread evenly over frozen crust.
- Spread mushrooms on top.
- Spread peppers on top
- Spread olives on top.
- Place sliced Mozz over top.
- Bake for 18-25 minutes, until bottom of crust is deep golden brown.
Don't be surprised if you really love the taste of the cheese over cow-based mozzarella. The Mozz is very creamy tasting and really makes the pizza. You can, however, use whatever cheese you like. When using dairy cheese, I opt for goat as a healthier alternative. Goat cheese goes great with these toppings.
