Carrot Apple Ginger Juice

Just a few ingredients for a tasty, nutritious juice.  The use of a green apple is key to keeping the natural sugar content down.  Since juicing eliminates the fiber from these ingredients, you won’t have it there to combat the natural sugar.  Fiber keeps the sugar from being processed too quickly by the body, which would otherwise reduce blood sugar spikes.
