Cranberry Apple Chutney

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 Cup Green Apple (Approximately 2 small apples, peeled, cored and diced )
  • 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3/4 Cup Raisins
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Spice Blend
  1. Bring the water and honey to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often.
  5. Remove from heat and pour into a bowl.
  6. Cover the bowl and let cool to room temperature.
  7. Serve or refrigerate.

It keeps well in the refrigerator for a week.  It tastes fabulous on our gluten-free almond flour bread which was made from Simple Mills bread mix.
