Hi, my name is Jackie, nice to meet you!
 
I work with people just like you who want to be healthier, and experience more joy and happiness in their lives.

I know full well how difficult it can be to figure out how to get healthy. I thought I was doing everything right until I found out I wasn't. And then, I didn't know what to do because no one gave me the real facts about how my lifestyle really impacted my health.

I have spent my time ever since, attending conferences; learning more about how diet, nutrition and lifestyle affect health; and helping others implement the knowledge I've obtained.
